Turkish Bread with A Twist of Improvisation on a Long Weekend

What do you do if you have a super 4 day of long weekend?
Selain ngeronce tentunya, belakangan ini mulai suka lihat & cari2 resep di youtube, blog ataupun website seputar resep.
Cita2: bikin roti
Cari2 resep termudah, tersimple & gak terlalu banyak alat yg dipakai.

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 egg mix with 1/2 tbs milk to spread on the bread before bake
sesame & nigella seeds ---> oh no, ini lagi gak ada, ok improvisasi pake bon cabe dan keju

Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl. Put in container & cover for around 30 minutes to an hour (depend on the type of yeast i think). After it grow, beat it several times & make a ball and shape it to an oval shape on baking pan that have been cover with olive oil. Let it rise a bit more on the pan.

So ini hasilnya.... not perfect yet. I  give it a 6 out of 10
