DIY: 2 Tone Jelly on a hot day

Jelly or  agar-agar, suite for a hot day. Especially when it has been chilled.
So i made a jelly using 2 different taste of jelly powder (in this case, i use Nutrijel with strawberry & orange flavor).

The cute thing is when i took a picture, the jelly look as if it only an orange jelly. But when you look on a side, you can see the strawberry.

The ingredients are...
1 pack of jelly powder with strawberry flavor
1 pack of jelly powder with orange flavor
Sugar as you like it
700ml water for each pack of jelly

Additional ingredients..
Marrie biscuit crumbs (mix with granulated sugar if you want but it is not necessary)

Make the orange jelly first (or strawberry first, you decide) using all ingredients. Bring it to boil, let it set for 2-3 minutes and then pour it to the mold. After the first set, make the 2nd jelly and then pour it on top of the 1st jelly that has been harden.

Addition to the jelly, since i still have a biscuit crumb, i use it to layer the jelly in the middle. I let the orange jelly to set first, and then i put the crumb and then i put the strawberry jelly so some crumb fly in the jelly. It made a unique effect yet i can still see through the strawberry jelly.

 Best serve cold.
